Our love story is a wild ride—but that’s a tale for another day. A few years back, we packed up and put down roots in the quiet, open fields of Santa Fe, Texas. It’s here, on a patch of land kissed by the sun and framed by wide Texas skies, that we built our little slice of country heaven.

Stephanie’s been drawn to animals for as long as she can remember—feeding strays, rescuing critters, and dreaming of farm life as a little girl. Jeremy’s the steady hand behind the scenes, always ready to roll with whatever idea Stephanie dreams up (no matter how out-there it might seem at first).

Our farm consist of cows, pigs, chickens, lots of dogs and cats. In 2023, we welcomed miniature donkeys to the family—and they quickly trotted their way into our hearts. That’s when the idea came to us: why not share the joy, laughter, and healing these gentle little creatures bring?  And that is how Bitsy Burro Events was started!
